About Lindsey Wilson

“There is no single formula for healing. Real transformation happens when we honor both mind and body at a pace that feels safe for you.”

Meet Lindsey Wilson, MSW, LCSW

Whether you are untangling chronic burnout, managing ADHD and sensory overwhelm, processing grief, or seeking a deeper mind-body connection, you deserve care that meets you exactly as you are. For more than 15 years, I have walked alongside Alaskans, providing an affirming, whole-person space where curiosity replaces self-criticism.

  • Who I Work With: Adults and teens seeking trauma recovery, neurodivergent individuals (ADHD/sensory processing), and those experiencing chronic stress or life transitions.
  • Focus Areas: Neurodivergence & ADHD, Complex Trauma & Grief, Somatic & Nervous System Regulation, Professional Burnout.
  • Primary Approaches: Brainspotting, Somatic Processing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT Skills, and Yogic/Mindfulness Integration.

Background & Perspective

I earned my Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Applied Behavior Analysis) from the University of Alaska Anchorage. My practice integrates contemporary neuroscience with attachment theory and somatic, body-centered awareness.

A lifelong Alaskan, I live and practice on the ancestral lands of the Dena’ina Athabascan people. When I’m not in session, I’m on my yoga mat or exploring remote trails across Alaska’s backcountry.
