Hi! I’m Olya Clem.
I love walking alongside people as they heal from the impact of trauma in their lives. If anxiety, worry, or emotional overwhelm have kept you stuck, I provide a space where you can show up as you are and start rewriting your story. Healing isn’t about pushing through—it’s about finding the right support to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Are you ready to break free from patterns that no longer serve you?
I integrate Walk and Talk Therapy and Brainspotting to help you work with your mind and body, creating a path toward relief, motivation, and renewed hope. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alaska. With 17 years in the mental health field, including 10 years of post-graduate work, I have served diverse populations in inpatient, medical, and outpatient settings. My time working with Alaska Native and American Indian communities profoundly shaped my approach, deepening my understanding of resilience and cultural awareness.
As a trauma-informed clinician, I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My passion for this work comes from witnessing the transformation that happens when people find the courage to heal.
I look forward to being part of your journey!
Olya’s fee for the initial assessment is $400 and for individual therapy is $275 per hour.
