Our Therapy Intensive is built for individuals who are ready to go deeper, faster. This structured, short-term format includes a personalized intake session, two half-day therapy blocks (totaling 10 hours), and a follow-up session to reflect and integrate your progress. By focusing dedicated time and energy into a concentrated window, therapy intensives offer powerful breakthroughs that can take months to achieve in traditional weekly therapy. This is ideal for addressing trauma, emotional blocks, or a life transition you’re ready to move through—with clarity, intention, and expert support.

Intensives are private-pay only. Insurance billing is not available.

Therapy intensives are available to motivated adults (18+) in Anchorage, Alaska, who are ready to address trauma in a focused, supportive setting.

No. Intensives are currently offered in-person only at our Anchorage office.
