Brainspotting Deep Dive is a brainspotting intensive, allowing for a continuous, intentional, deep work and leading to profound, sustained healing and relief. This is different from our single brainspotting sessions because it allows for more rapid improvements in a shorter time period than weekly sessions.

- Are familiar or interested in Brainspotting
- Have a specific issue they are looking to explore
- Feel like it is the right time for them to work on something they have been holding on too
- Have recently survived a traumatic or impactful event
- Have a schedule that does not allow for weekly therapy sessions
- Have an established support network to continue therapeutic work outside of a Brainspotting Intensive experience.
- One 60-minute entry interview
- Three 90-minute Brainspotting sessions in a course of a week
- One 60-minute debriefing session
The cost of this Brainspotting Intensive is $1800 and includes entry and debriefing sessions.
