Just like financial investments yield returns over time, dedicating time and resources to your mental and emotional well-being can lead to invaluable personal returns in the form of enhanced self-awareness, resilience, and overall life satisfaction. We recognize that the most profound transformation begins with an investment in the most important asset you possess – yourself.
Insurance
We are an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies and do not bill insurance. However, we partner with Thrizer to help our clients take advantage of their out-of-network insurance benefits.
Thrizer Payment App
Thrizer is a payment app made to help alleviate the financial burden of out-of-network therapy and make the complex world of insurance simpler. Thrizer handles the out-of-network insurance process automatically so you can pay only what you truly owe for our sessions, or get reimbursed quickly if that’s what you prefer.
With Thrizer, you have the option to only pay your co-insurance for our sessions, instead of paying the full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This can save you on average 70% upfront on our sessions. Thrizer will help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance would be.

Superbills
If you would prefer not to use Thrizer, but would like to work directly with your insurance company for reimbursement of your out-of-network healthcare, we are happy to provide a superbill directly to you.
Other Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, HSA cards, checks, and cash payments.
Session Fees
Fees are based on the individual therapist. Click on each therapist’s name to learn more about their background, specialized modalities, and how they approach working with their clients.
